Reservation Policies

By confirming a reservation, the guest accepts these policies. Cancellations will be refundable only if requested at least 3 calendar days prior to check-in and the reservation was made directly with the hotel. Date modifications must be requested within the same timeframe, can only be made once, will be subject to availability, and may result in rate adjustments. In case of No Show, 50% of the total stay will be charged. No refunds will be issued for early departures, cancellations after check-in, changes in itinerary, transport delays or cancellations, personal preferences, subjective expectations, or any cause outside the hotel's control. Any incident must be reported during the stay so the hotel has the opportunity to address it.

General Rules

Guests must respect the check-in and check-out times, maintain respectful behavior, and avoid noise, parties, or gatherings that affect the rest of others. Smoking is prohibited in rooms and indoor areas, as well as bringing in firearms, explosives, or hazardous materials. Visitors must register in advance and obtain authorization from the hotel. The guest will be responsible for any damage caused to the facilities, furniture, keys, or access cards. Hotel Casa Vanora is not responsible for valuables not kept in the safety deposit box, nor for losses or damages caused by third parties, fortuitous events, force majeure, or natural disasters. Failure to comply with payment obligations may lead to immediate eviction and the corresponding legal actions. The hotel reserves the right of admission and maintains a zero-tolerance policy against the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents, collaborating with the competent authorities to prevent and report any illegal conduct. Children under 12 years old may stay at no additional cost, with a limit of one child per existing bed; additional children will be subject to availability and the corresponding charge.

Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States of Mexico. Any dispute arising from the provision of services will be resolved by the competent courts of Mexico. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of the content of this site is strictly prohibited.
