What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation: available only for direct bookings (by phone or website) canceling up to 3 days before check-in. Flexibility in your stay: you will be able to reschedule your reservation within a maximum period of 8 months, subject to availability and rate adjustments.
Do you accept pets?
Only small breed pets are accepted. It is necessary to present their vaccination records and notify the hotel prior to your arrival. The cost is $300 MXN per pet for the entire stay. A security deposit of $1,000 MXN will be requested, refundable upon check-out, provided there are no damages or additional cleaning required.
How far is the hotel located from the beach?
Casa Vanora is located just a 4-minute walk from the bay. Access can be reached by stairs or by car.
What time is check-in and check-out?
CHECK-IN: From 3:00 P.M. CHECK-OUT: At 12:00 P.M. If you arrive before the check-in time, we will gladly store your luggage so you can explore, relax in the area, or have a drink on our terrace restaurant.
